John is founder and developer of Regus Offices, a multinational corporation providing a global workplace. He is an expert in Real Estate and Hotel Development, who has worked globally on a total commercial real estate portfolio with a value in excess of £600m, including The Sheraton Skyline Hotel Heathrow, Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam, Hotel Mont Vallon Meribel France, The Aspen Club Hotel Colorado, The Dorint Mercure Hotel Berlin, Praia D’El Rey Marriott Golf & Beach Resort and so on.  John is Director & Chairman of various (Commercial) Real Estate and Development Companies and was the Director of the Reinhold UK & European Real Estate & Hotel Group. He brings an extensive network of contacts to Ampere Hospitality, further bolstering its ability to source and execute deals.

Lucienne has over 30 years of hands on experience in hospitality, real estate and retail that is invaluable for any hospitality owner or investor. Practical knowledge of operations and corporate environments define her balanced approach to achieving results within international companies which include Forte, Le Meridien IHG, McDonald Hotels Collection and Compass Hospitality.

 

Having worked her way up through the ranks she was Global Financial Controller Sales, Marketing Reservations and Revenue Management for Forte Hotels Plc. She was part of the Forte Hotels Plc Exit Strategy and Execution Team for Compass Hospitality and CFO of the Anglo Hispano Group in Gibraltar (Real Estate, Hospitality, Retail). Lucienne has built her career by specializing in financial feasibility and is well versed in start-ups, value creation, openings, brand creation and turn-around of businesses.

Jutta has a wealth of experience with luxury & lifestyle hotels in the UK and internationally and is the founder of Moore Hotel Consulting. Prior to her consulting career Jutta spent 20 years in senior management roles in Operations, Sales & Marketing & Revenue Management with Four Seasons, Intercontinental and Forte & Le Meridien Hotels.

 

Some of the many successful consulting projects completed include driving forecast performance for Whitbread’s Premier Inn brand and Head of Change Management, Hilton Hotels & Resorts.

Her many clients include GLH, London Regional, Pestana Hotel Group, Dorchester Collection, Kerzner International, Corinthia International & Jurys Inn as well as a number of notable independent properties.

 

Jutta is successful at driving transformational change through sound commercial planning and elevating revenue management to a strategic discipline within the business supported by cutting edge technology.
